[Ship]
"Fen. Status on the probes you have released; are we receiving data yet?"
The Captain queried curiously as she stood up wanting the answer before she
stepped away.

[Shuttle]

"I doubt they will notice, but I will inform them, commander." Lox replied.

[Caves]

Marcus stood alone in one of the far reaches of the cavern. There was now
nothing he could personally do, except watch the medics finish their last
Rounds and prepare to leave. He commed "Lox, the commander says we will be
laving
within the hour, I'm going to head back and help you with departure
preperations."

"Understood Commander Saladin... Commander Blake says to warn everyone about
An unexpected solar eclipse. They are about to put the plan into action."
Lox replied.

Marcus nodded to that and turned briefly to Blake and Kat, "Commander Lox
has just informed me that the ship's about to put their plan into action."
He gave a wry smile, "They said to warn about an unexpected solar eclipse
but I don't expect that will be an issue down here."

Kat looked over to Cait after giving Marcus a nod hoping they'd be able to
leave the tunnels soon. She'd been growing weary of being in the tunnels
though now it would become more evident if she wasn't careful.

Cait actually smiled. "Sounds like they're getting a handle on things. Kat,
keep monitoring the radiation levels. Everyone stays in their suits until I
say otherwise." Maybe, just maybe this would buy them time to do something
more for these people.

Kat gave Cait a nod as she resumed watching the radiation levels on her
tricorder. She kept trying not to let the fatigue get the best of her. She
let
her thoughts wander to where she'd rather be instead of still in the damned
tunnels. She mentally made plans to check for any new messages on her
mother's
condition and to try a little harder to work on whatever differences she had
with Nick or him with her. She clearly missed how close they used to be,
before
that madman had set foot on the ridge. Shaking off those thoughts as they
distracted her for a moment she returned to monitoring the levels.

Marcus nodded and headed back out to the shuttle, maybe something would
work!

[Ready Room]

Vilqa stared at the console in front of her, she had just completed a
conversation with the fleet Admiral explaining the most recent findings by
Nix on the shuttle, the affirmation of her suggestions and the readings from
the planet. Needless to say the underlying reasoning for the attacks would
be beyond the Vimy Ridge's participation. Additional vessels, at the
Admiral's orders were on route to aid in intervening and to bring a large
presence both spaceally and toward the trajectory of the attacks to further
research and take over. The Vimy Ridge, she had been informed, would return
to the 14th Fleet once the full contingent arrived as per the Admiral's
orders.

[Bridge]

Kylee sat at the console, waiting for the ship to begin moving the asteroid
in to place. She took a deep breath, knowing this would help, but it was
only a temporary solution. Her blood boiled at the cowardice in which this
had occurred. If you have a grudge with someone, you deal with it one on
one, not sneak about and hurt other in the process. She clenched her hands
tightly, fighting down the anger as those on the bridge began the process to
move the large asteroid.

Feeling the anger and upset, Toby looked towards Kylee and moved over to her
to stand beside her, leaning in as if looking over her readings. "Easy
Lieutenant," he murmured softly, "you aren't the only one upset by this.
Just don't let it get in the way of what we need to do, to stop them." As he
continued to speak he projected a sense of calm. He dropped his voice even
more, "When we're done, if you need to talk about it, I'd be happy to
listen, since our counselor is unavailable."

Jason looked up from his console. "All the large asteroids are in place.
Rockets
from some of our probes have been attached to the smaller ones. Ready to
move
on your mark" he said to Kylee and the captain, as well as the commander

Kylee arched her brow as she glanced over at the Commander. "I'm fine sir..
Nothing a few hours in the holosuite won't resolve.." she said, not one to
share
her feelings with others. She forced her emotions down, not wanting to have
them
read as she focused her attention back to the console. "Ready on my part, we
can
begin once the Commander or Captain gives the okay."
