      [Shuttle]
"We don't know yet commander. The people here say that many left the
planet,
some have traveled elsewhere when the suns flames intensified. It
might be
worth sending Commander Lox or another to another couple of possible
locations to see if we might locate any there."

Justin looked up at Saladin with a look of dismay when he suggested
moving
      from this location.

      [Vimy Ridge]

"Not with the way things are starting to intensify Commander. For now
it's
best if you stay where you're at."

      [Caves]

Xoron moved to watch Cait and the other doctors work on the sick. He
pointed
to one female who was laying quite calmly and peacefully, "Kalla there
was
first to get sick, but she seems to be getting better now."

Cait's head snapped up to look at Xoron. "Really now..." She said
speculatively as she headed over to the indicated Kalla and knelt down
with
a smile. "Hi, Kalla. I'm Doctor Brody. Xoron said you were sick and
then got
better. Could I ask you a few questions?"

Kalla does not respond to Cait, her eyes are closed, and if not for
the very
slow and shallow rise and fall of her chest indicating breathing, one
could
just about assume she were dead. There are visual signs under her
clothing,
and blankets of the radiation poisoning.

"Bloody...." Cait did a complete scan on the woman, then pressed a hyp
to
her neck. "Xoron, she's not getting better. She's nearly dead." Her
hand
came up to tap her badge. "Blake to Lox."

Kat looked down at the little boy who'd tugged on her suit. "c'mon" he
said
as he tugged a bit harder on her suit. Kat glanced over to Cait for a
moment
      as
she spoke with Kalla then turned her attention back to the little boy
      following
him to where his sickly sister and mother were laying. With tricorder
in
      hand
Kat scanned all three gauging their levels of radiation poisoning, the
      mother's
appeared to be the most severe. She knelt by the two females speaking
softly
      to
both of them trying her best to comfort as she treated them

      [Shuttle]

Justin blinked then responded quickly "Lox here Doc, What's up?" He
know
the comm. was open between Saladin and the other Commander Blake.

      [Caves]

"I need a shielded stretcher and I need it now. I have someone I need
to get
on life support on the shuttle." Cait replied back as she monitored
the
      woman she was working on.

      [Shuttle]

"Shielded stretcher? Get them to the small station I set up just
outside
the cave entrance, we can site to site short-range beam them to the
shuttle from
there. The systems are already interlocked. I'll have Ensign Garret
bring
over a stretcher to get you that far." Lox replied. He then nodded to
Garret to

get moving. ""It will be one person at a time transport, so whomever
is going
to be treating them needs to head back, now."

Matthew nodded. "Im on my way" he said. Matt spun around in the chair,
and
quickly walked to the back of the shuttle. He searched for the
stretcher.
When he found it, he took off for the caves, making sure his radiation
suit was
sealed. "Garret to Blake, im on my way with the stretcher"

      [Caves]

"Understood, Lox. I'll have to walk out with this patient. Can't leave
her
alone. You'll just have to transport us when we get out." Cait turned
to
Wilkinson. "You're in charge til I get back. You know the protocols.
Get
started with the vaccinations so we don't have anyone else falling
this
      ill."

Kat looked up at Cait giving her a nod as she finished vaccinating the
two females
beside her while watching the readings on her tricorder begin to
change. She reassured the little boy letting him know his mother and sister
were going to be just fine before moving onward with the vaccinations.
Looking over towards Jurad "how are you doing over there?" she asked. "let
me know immediately if you run into any trouble getting these people
vaccinated." she told him glancing briefly at Reed as she moved to the next
group of people needing to be vaccinated..

Nick was as stoic as ever. He just watched his surroundings for the moment,
helping where he could. Inwardly, however, he frowned. "I'd prefer you take
an escort just to the site to site location, ma'am," he said to Cait. Thing
was, he trusted the inhabitants just fine, but what he didn't trust was the
Xelucians... or even the Orions, to not try anything while they were helping
people. Whether the planet was doomed or not. "Once you beam out I can
return here," he added.
