| Stardate 630401 | Toby was born to his human father and half betazoid mother. | |
| Stardate 810601 | Finished high school then went to spend two years on Betazed it was during this time that his empathy first woke and he got inital training. | |
| Stardate 830901 | Entered Starfleet Academy in the Medical Sciences as a Counsellor, due to problems with his empathy it took him 6 years to graduate. | |
| Stardate 900127 | Toby's experiences in the Stone Place lead to his pushing his empathy almost to the point of burn out, thankfully rather then loss of ability he seems to have come out a bit stronger from the experience. Not to mention a bit afraid of the dark and of enclosed places like caves. | |

| Stardate 901025 | While at the starbase waiting for the ship to be repaired after the Briar Patch, Toby is contacted by Ali Tremaine a young lady he met at the starbase's opening ceremonies, that he learned had a few problems. The meeting was quite a delight as he learned that she was improving and that their previous meeting and talks had had a hand in it. He was also delighted to learn that she no longer saw pets as reserve food sources. | |

| Stardate 901230 | An innocent trip to the Casino on 517 turned into a surpriseing trip for Toby. One of the very few not affected by some sort of endorphin-cronoton effect, Toby got to watch his XO think herself Wondergirl, see his ship's CMO and his romantic interest think herself some sort of elvin character, got shot at by a strange Lt. Commander, and watched Lox be burried under a bevy of 7 California style beauties. Thankfully great pain or strong emotion breaks the effect and people were quickly saved. | |
| Stardate 910305 | Toby successfully negotiated the release of Caitlin Brody from the custody of a being who called himself Hotepimonin, and convinced Hotepimonin to help the people of Galtica III figure out why they were haveing problems as a race. This lead to his recieving the Star Cross on 05-24-2391 | |
| Stardate 910505 | Toby was called to the bridge as the Audax approached Corusaari space, and stayed there until the Audax was on it's way back to 517. Sometimes serving as the officer on duty, and sometimes just advising the Captain. | |

| Stardate 900725 | Contracted odd retro virus, started to have problems with empathy as a result of his body growing younger and returning to puberty. | |

| Character Description | Toby's tenacity and his shyness often leaves him in trouble, as a result of missteping or not acting when he should. His desire to help those who need it, coupled with his empathy can lead those around him to contemplate harm in order to get him away from them. At first Toby appears to either be overbearing or timid, depending on which side of things you watch from but as he becomes comfortable with his surroundings and those around him he starts to look more and more like the solid foundation upon which others can lean and find support and help. | ||

He wears his platinum blonde hair kind of long keeping it tied back in a pony tail that reaches just barely below his shoulders, and his crystal blue eyes just seem to see beyond the surface of what is before him. His face is oval, almost angelic in appearance, with a warm friendly smile. | ||
