Medal of Honor

Awarded by the Fourteenth Fleet Commander in character in the name of Starfleet Command. The Medal of Honor may be awarded to any in character service member of Starfleet distinguishing themselves by in character co-ordinating and out of character organizing of either: a non-tactical operation involving two simulations OR a sanctioned one time sim, involving personnel from multiple simulations, which is a non-tactical operation.
